Ordering

Order online with confidence.  All orders are on a secure site.  Our shopping cart is very easy to use.  It provides both online and offline options.  

** Click on the Product button to go to the online catalog.
**Click the   for every item you would like and it will be added to the shopping cart.
**Change the quantity if you want more than 1.
**Click the what's in my cart button to review your order.
**When you have finished filling out the information you can either order on line with a debit or credit card, (order must be over $10) pay with paypal (order must be over $10) or print out your order and mail it with your check or money order to:

Shipping

RETAIL SHIPPING: Shipping is included in the retail price (ppd) for all retail orders shipped within the United States and Canada.

WHOLESALE SHIPPING CHARGES: An estimated 15% shipping charge will be added to all orders. The shipping charge may or may not  be 15%. Weight and method of shipment determines the actual shipping charge. A $2.00 handling fee will be included.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (retail and wholesale):  Shipping will be totaled after order is processed and weighed.  Your final total will be emailed to you before shipping.  All International orders will be shipped via US Global Priority Mail, International Express Mail, or Parcel Post Air unless other arrangements are made.  There are some countries that we can not ship to. It is at the discretion of Twice As Nice Designs, LTD. to decide which countries must be excluded.

Refunds/Returns

All refunds and returns must have prior authorization.  Unused items may be returned for refunds or exchanges at our discretion.  Return shipping charges will be applied to any exchanges.  Shipping charges are not refunded on returns. Please call for authorization before shipping.
