We are a small Iowa company that proudly supplies crafters all over the world with our hand-dyed, hand-packaged products. Our line features natural wool, mohair and cotton doll hair in enough colors and textures for any wooden or cloth doll or project needing hair or beards. Many of our yarns are also suitable or knitting, crocheting and weaving. They are durable and will not stretch or lose their curl.

SHIPPING: Shipping is included in the retail price for all retail orders shipped within the United States and Canada. See our Wholesale page for wholesale shipping information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Shipping will be totaled after your order is processed and weighed. Your final total will be emailed to you before shipping. All International orders will be shipped via US Global Priority Mail, International Express Mail, or Parcel Post Air unless other arrangements are made. Please Note: There are some countries that we can not ship to. Twice As Nice Designs reserves the right to determine which countries must be excluded.

PAYMENT: We accept VISA and MasterCard for online orders. For non-online orders, we also accept checks and money orders payable in U.S. funds.

REFUNDS/RETURNS: Each order is personally packaged and filled with care. We want you to be satisfied with your order. Please let us know if there are any problems. All refunds and returns must have prior authorization. Unused items may be returned for refunds or exchanges at our discretion. Return shipping charges will be applied to any exchanges. Shipping charges are not refunded on returns.
