On the product page, you will find all information about sizes, the product, price, and references. - Add the jewelry to your shopping cart.
- Repeat these steps to continue shopping.
- Ready to checkout? Log in to your account.
- Fill in your details, verify, and confirm.
- Select a payment method: VISA, MasterCard, iDEAL, PayPal, KBC Online, ING HomePay, Belfius Direct Net, or Bancontact/Mister Cash.
- Confirm and pay.
- You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

What are the shipping costs?
- Benelux: free from €40, otherwise €4.95
- France & Germany: €5.95
- Other EU countries: €12
- Outside EU: €15
How can I pay for my purchase?
VISA, MasterCard, iDEAL, PayPal, KBC Online, ING HomePay, Belfius Direct Net, or Bancontact/Mister Cash.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Your data is secured using SSL technology. For VISA and MasterCard payments, only secure electronic transactions (SET) are accepted. The bank verifies and authorizes the purchase. If the bank refuses, the order is automatically cancelled.
Why might my credit card payment be declined?
- The card has expired → check the expiration date.
- The credit limit has been reached → contact your bank.
- Incorrect information entered → make sure all required fields are filled correctly.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
Once processed, you will always receive a confirmation email. No email received? Contact us at webmaster@twiceasnice.com.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Belgium: 2–3 working days
International: depends on the destination country
You will be informed immediately if there is any delay.
Can I exchange an online purchase?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges can be made in any of our 51 stores, provided the jewelry is unworn and in perfect condition. You can exchange for another piece of jewelry or a gift voucher. Refund in-store is not possible.
Bring the original packaging and delivery note.
How do I return an item for a refund?
- Mark the jewelry you wish to return on the delivery note and keep a copy.
- Pack the jewelry with the delivery note in the original packaging.
- Send to:

(shipping costs are your responsibility) - After receipt, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded using the same payment method.
Note: Returns outside the period may be refused. Custom-made jewelry cannot be returned. Online purchases cannot be refunded in-store (exchange possible).
How do I get an item repaired?
Bring it to any of our 51 stores or send it to:
TANBE repairs, Prins Boudewijnlaan 21G, 2550 Kontich, Belgium (shipping costs are your responsibility).
Send an email first to webmaster@twiceasnice.com. Any costs will be communicated beforehand.
How do I use a Twice As Nice gift card?
Valid in all stores and on the webshop. Validity: 12 months after issuance. If the purchase exceeds the value of the card, you can pay the difference. Cannot be exchanged for cash or other payment methods.
